How cache & cookies work?

Modified on Thu, 2 Nov, 2023 at 9:42 PM

Cookies are small files created by websites you visit. They store information to enhance your online experience, such as login details and preferences. Cookies help websites remember you and your choices.

Cache, on the other hand, is like a temporary storage area for web content. When you visit a website, parts of it (like images and scripts) are stored in your device's cache. This speeds up future visits because your browser can retrieve these resources locally instead of downloading them again from the web.
