Acceptable documents for proof of address

Our compliance team may ask for specific documents as part of our verification process. To verify your address, you can provide any of the following:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, or rent)
  • Bank or credit card statement (sometimes bank statements may not work)
  • Council tax, municipality bill, or government tax letter
  • An official letter from your employer or school, confirming your address and signed
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Bank reference letter - This letter should be informative and contain your and bank info. It should be in English and include:
    • Bank contact details
    • Your full name and address
    • Date of account creation and account type

Please be aware that we can't accept:

  • Mobile phone, internet, or TV bills
  • Purchase receipts
  • Medical bills

For your proof of address:

  • Upload an original photo or a PDF, no screenshots
  • The document must be issued in the last 6 months
  • It should display your full name, address, issuing entity, and date of issue
  • Make sure the entire document is visible in the photo.
