Acceptable documents for proof of identity

Our compliance team may request specific documents for verification. To confirm your identity, you can use one of the following:

• International passport
• National ID card (both sides)
• Driver's license (both sides)

Please be aware that we cannot accept other types of documents.

Ensure that your photos and documents meet these requirements:

• High-resolution and in color
• Original photos, no screenshots or editing
• Clear and legible document, no flash or blurriness
• Undamaged document
• Document must be flat with all 4 corners visible in the frame
• Valid for at least 3 months
• In Latin international format
• Only photographed documents are accepted, digital copies won't be
